Hi, I'm Celine
I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited by the BABCP. I have been working in mental health in the NHS for over 6 years, specialising in common mental health difficulties such as depression and different anxiety disorders.

With a fascination for the human body and brain I began my studies in Medical Neuroscience. I found myself more drawn to psychology and human behaviour, so I completed my conversion psychology MSc shortly after this. I moved to London where I began my work in mental health, working in addiction and recovery, working with drugs, alcohol, and gambling across outpatient and hospital settings. Over the last 5 years I have worked within IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies), a primary care psychology service within the NHS offering CBT for mild-moderate anxiety disorders and depression.

I currently work most of my week as a CBT therapist with the NHS in a London IAPT service, and work privately one day a week.

CBT allows me to draw on proven tools and techniques to help with common health difficulties whilst tailoring this to individuals’ needs and goals. I work with anxiety difficulties such as worry, health anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, PTSD, body dysmorphia, insomnia, panic, phobias, and also depression. I may also draw on principles from Compassion Focused Therapy to support people struggling with self-criticism.
I am particularly passionate about working with low self-esteem and social anxiety, helping clients to overcome barriers and reach their full potential. I provide a warm, safe and compassionate space.
